Can we use a residential dishwasher?

Their interiors won’t withstand the laboratory chemicals, or the heavy use needed to keep laboratory glassware regularly cleaned. Equipment is likely not to fit as racks are designed for kitchen utensils and tableware. Plus, they wash at lower temperatures making them unsuitable washing options.
